Born in Newport, Rhode Island on February 13, 1979 Mena Adrienne Suvari began her career in modelling at the age of twelve when she was in a Rice-A-Roni commercial. Suvari began her acting career in the TV shows Boy Meets World and ER. In 1999 Suvari starred in her two most well known roles in American Beauty and the hit movie American Pie. Suvari followed these movies with Loser, The Musketeer, and Spun. Since then Suvari has appeared in Lanc me cosmetics and print ads, modelled for Vogue and was the voice of Aerith Gainsborough in the popular game Kingdom Hearts II.
